and we ALWAYS aim to honor it.
Each pet is groomed with patient care, love & respect. We tailor each experience to their real-time needs and this means some pets will need more time and some may need less. We groom at their pace.
Please treat your appointment time as a window, similar to how cable/internet companies, give a 3-hour window.
On appt day, we will communicate & you can call us for arrival time updates.
